La Petite Maison de Nicole Cannes has just celebrated its 6th anniversary. This concept has been a success since Nicole Rubi proposed it 25 years ago in Nice, where the original restaurant was founded. The idea was simple yet effective: to sublimate traditional French dishes served in brasseries to a high cuisine level. No complaints until now, five other versions of the original restaurant have opened in the world.

The Cannes version of La Petite Maison de Nicole has a major and beautiful frame in the hotel Majestic Barrière, a hotel considered the best front beach hotel in 2015. Here, the plus is the savvy advice of Pierre Gagnaire concerning the menu: Mr. Gagnaire, one of the best chefs in the world, contributed personally to the creation of the menu. And the culinary output is actually notable, assured by the in-house chef, the Breton Maryan Gandon.

Violet artichokes salad, breaded pumpkin flowers, stuffed fried squid, marinated tuna fish, truffles brouillade or tiramisu are some of the traditional delicacies you can taste at this excellent place for dining, whose reputation is transcending not only the gastronomical precincts but the party circles in the rather festive town of Cannes.
