Collection Privée by Waterman

Since 1883 Waterman has been a consistent actor in the world of hand writing instruments and quality inks. The French brand based in Nantes knows quite a lot about this peculiar market that seems to be a rarity in modern times. But fountain pens are not only a matter of reticent pen collectors, there is actually genuine interest among amateurs and lovers of hand writing for news issuing from brands like Waterman.

The Collection Privée is a limited edition of pens, based on the famous Waterman pen Hemisphère. Three different sets of pens are being released for this scope, with modern yet symbolic engravings and colors. Nibs, caps and bodies are made on stainless steel. Hemisphère Rose Cuivré was inspired by the XX century art trends, notably Art Deco, whose patterns can be seen in the cap.

Hemisphère Rose Cuivré

Hemisphère Saphire Nocturne takes its décor from the universe of jewels. A long tradition in the Waterman savoir faire, the cap of the pen is etched with a diamond-like pattern. The black color gives it a touch of refinement and elegance. Finally, Hemisphère Bronze Satiné is probably the most delicate of the three, with a pattern reproducing a fine satin that embellishes the cap. Every model has fountain pen, rollerball and ballpoint.

The Collection Privée is only available at the BHV. More info: www.waterman.com
